NO PRESSURE ON SRT

The captain of the Indian cricket team, MS Dhoni, has said that Sachin Tendulkar should not put too much pressure on himself before his final appearance in international cricket.

But, Dhoni doesn’t want Tendulkar to pressurize himself. He wants him just to enjoy the occasion.

Talking to the reporters ahead of the Wankhede test match, Dhoni said, “I know the fans are expecting a big knock from him, but, performance is not guaranteed. So, I would want Sachin to just enjoy himself out there.”

“This is the last time that he is playing test match cricket. So, it would be great if he dismisses a few opposition batsmen. This Wankhede pitch is expected to assist the spinners.”

“This is a huge game, probably one of the biggest ever, but, we can’t afford ourselves to be distracted. We have to make the occasion special for Sachin and we can do that by winning the game only. So, we should be focussed on the match.”

When asked about his thoughts on Tendulkar’s journey in international cricket, Dhoni said, “Throughout his career, he has been under pressure to perform, but, he has dealt with that pressure fantastically well and that’s the greatest thing about him.” Thousands will be having a uk bet on line that he makes 100, as well as more than one billions fans watching around the world.

Tendulkar had played his first match for India 24 years back in 1989.
